A source-led starting collection
Harbor connects curated educational guides, research records and provider information. The initial collection is selective, not exhaustive, and is not a systematic review. Source-page checks are recorded separately from publication dates.
Evidence belongs to a claim
We identify study design, population and measured outcome. Animal findings, early human findings, biomarker analyses and public-health guidance receive different labels. These labels describe the cited evidence; they are not clinical grades or a complete assessment of a treatment.
Editorial and specialist review
Initial guides are source-based editorial drafts. Specialist clinical review has not yet been completed and is labelled on each guide. No medical reviewer, author credential or endorsement is invented. Publication requires an accountable editor, specialist review where needed and a defined update schedule.
Corrections and commercial boundaries
Provider descriptions are attributed to the provider and do not constitute independent verification of effectiveness. Business offers are labelled and separated. Corrections can be sent to the contact listed in the legal notice.
