It’s Not Your Bladder: The Real Reason You Wake Up at Night
You stopped drinking at six, so where does the 3 a.m. water come from? In this video, I help you work out which of three types of night-time urination you have, then walk through the five main suspects: the missing night-time hormone signal, fluid pooled in your legs, sleep apnea, what’s on your evening plate (including hidden salt), and the timing of your pills. You’ll get a simple Night Water Reset for morning, daytime, evening, and bedtime, plus the four questions to ask your doctor.
