This week in longevity: Longeveron made the XPRIZE Healthspan finals, and its $1M award funds a new randomized stem cell trial in older adults starting in 2027. A new look at the Finnish twin study found that seven aging clocks disagreed on whether nicotinamide riboside made muscle read younger, which shows how much a supplement's "biological age" result depends on the clock you choose. And a Nature Aging study linked a tongue bacterium, Neisseria flavescens, to slower aging in people. That link is an association so far, and the lab effects were seen only in worms and mice. This episode covers one funded human trial, two early signals, and how to tell them apart. This is informational, not medical advice. Always talk to your doctor before making changes to your health routine.
