In this episode of The Pulse, I dive into a groundbreaking new study from Kyoto University that reveals a "vicious cycle" of aging in the eyes.
Researchers found that as we age, an enzyme called CD38 increases in the eyelids, which depletes NAD+ levels and causes oil gland atrophy—the primary cause of dry eye disease. However, by combining NMN with a CD38 inhibitor (78c), they were able to not just slow, but reverse dry eye pathology in model organisms.
The NMN and Apigenin I take are from DoNotAge.org. Use code PULSE and save 10%.

I also share:
• My personal 5-year experience taking NMN and Apigenin (a natural CD38 inhibitor).
•Why I noticed a massive reduction in eye inflammation and puffiness after starting this stack.
•An incredible anecdote from a 75-year-old viewer who surprised her eye doctor by still being able to wear contact lenses.
