About this video

Creator description · original textText language: English

Your chronological age tells you how many birthdays you’ve celebrated. Your biological age tells you far more about how well your body is functioning. The exciting thing is that many of the factors that influence biological ageing are within your control. Sleep, exercise, nutrition, stress management, maintaining muscle mass and targeted supplementation can all play an important role. My own view is that your biological age is your real age. In September, I’ll be attending the @donotage conference in London, where I’ll be learning from Steve Horvath, one of the pioneers of the epigenetic clock, and I’ll be sharing what I learn. 🔗 https://routine.donotage.org/donotage?ref=flourish ✨ #longevity #biologicalage #epigenetics #healthspan #biohacking #longevityscience
