About this video

Creator description · original textText language: English

For decades, scientists have struggled to engineer proteins that can safely and specifically target distinct DNA sequences without off-target effects. This video explores a revolutionary artificial intelligence pipeline that combines the generative model RFdiffusion3 with AlphaFold3 to build entirely new DNA-binding proteins from scratch. By explicitly filtering out incorrect DNA targets during the design process, this breakthrough achieves a 100-fold improvement in success rates, paving the way for the next generation of programmable gene therapies.
