One of the highlights of PEPMED 2026 Regenerative Health World Congress was hearing Dr. Elizabeth F. Yurth of Boulder Longevity Institute present “Seasonal & Circadian Optimization for Longevity Medicine.”
Her presentation reinforced an important principle we believe in at Youthful Medicine: longevity medicine is not simply about adding another medication, supplement, hormone, or peptide. It is about understanding the whole human system—including sleep, light exposure, circadian biology, metabolism, recovery, hormones, inflammation, and how our physiology adapts to our environment.
Our biology has a rhythm. When we eat, sleep, exercise, recover, and expose ourselves to light can matter alongside what interventions we choose.
This is where the future of longevity medicine becomes especially exciting: combining foundational physiology with emerging regenerative and peptide science in a thoughtful, individualized, physician-guided approach.
Thank you, Dr. Yurth, for bringing this important perspective to the Peptide Playbook at PEPMED 2026.
At Youthful Medicine, our goal remains the same: measure more, understand the whole person, intervene intelligently, and help people preserve health, performance, and vitality as they age.
