About this video

Creator description · original textText language: American English

Can senior fitness really be built with something as simple as a pushup? A landmark study followed over a thousand men for a decade and found that pushup capacity predicted heart health better than a treadmill test did. A year ago, I put that idea to the test on myself modified pushups, every single day and tracked what changed. In this video, I break down what the research says about senior fitness, muscle mass, bone density, and long-term independence, along with everything I saw in my own results.
