About this video

Creator description · original textText language: English

*As artificial intelligence becomes more capable, what becomes more important about human intelligence?* In this talk from *AI in Practice: Decision-Making, Prediction and the One Health Promise* at the Milan Longevity Summit 2026, *Lorenzo Fariselli*, Director of Six Seconds Europe, explores the human side of an increasingly AI-driven world. Artificial intelligence can process extraordinary amounts of information, recognise patterns, and support increasingly sophisticated predictions. But information and prediction are not the same as judgement. Decisions remain shaped by human factors: emotion, context, values, relationships, bias, trust, and our ability to understand the consequences of the choices we make. Fariselli brings this human dimension into the AI conversation, exploring the relationship between technological intelligence and the capabilities people need to navigate complexity and make better decisions. As AI becomes increasingly embedded in organisations and everyday life, the opportunity may not be to remove humans from decision-making, but to understand *where machines can augment our capabilities and where distinctly human forms of intelligence become even more valuable.* *Lorenzo Fariselli* is Director of *Six Seconds Europe*, part of a global network focused on emotional intelligence and its application in leadership, organisations, and decision-making. Ultimately, the future of intelligence may not be a competition between humans and machines. *It may depend on how intelligently we learn to combine the strengths of both.* #MilanLongevitySummit #LorenzoFariselli #ArtificialIntelligence #EmotionalIntelligence #DecisionMaking #HumanIntelligence #Leadership #Vitality #FutureOfAI
