About this video

Creator description · original textText language: American English

You have two ages. One is on your driver's license, and it goes up by exactly one every year, no matter what you do. The other is the age your cells are actually living, and it can be years ahead or years behind that number. In this video, I break down what the research actually shows separates people who age slowly from people who age quickly, and it's mostly things you can do something about.
