Is the recent panic over a high protein diet actually supported by science? I clarify what the data says about heart and metabolic health. There's a clip going around right now claiming new research links high protein diets to more heart disease and more diabetes. I went and found the actual studies, because if it's real, it changes how I'd advise people. It is real, and it's also being used to tell a bigger story than the data actually supports. In this video I walk through what these studies actually found, and what it means for how much protein you should really be eating.
