What the evidence says
Different biological-age algorithms measure different patterns. In the CALERIE analysis, the intervention affected a pace-of-aging measure without the same result across all age estimates.
Before comparing tests, ask about validation, measurement variability, reference populations and whether the result changes a clinical decision.
A change in an aging score is a surrogate result.
Where the evidence stops
A younger estimated age is not proof of added years of life or a diagnosis.
